奶白菜不是一个难度高的菜,本身没有特别味道,加些肉类或海鲜,就可烹煮出一道既简单又美味的菜肴。这次较以往不同的是topping放了些猪油渣,咸香又爽脆的油渣是不简单弄出来的,火候要拿捏得很好。不然,烧焦的猪油渣瞬间就形成了!
