鱼香肉碎茄子

鱼香这香草真的是百搭,但是,不是个个人都可以接受它的味道。鱼香+茄子+肉碎的味道很好,不过茄子的段切法不适合这道菜,厚厚的吃起来口感差了些;茄子切片该会更好。隔了一夜再吃,茄子更加入味呢!

  1. My mom usually briefly boils the eggplants before stirflying them. It's quite tender that way and sauce is more blended with the eggplant. I like crunchy vegetables so I probably will enjoy the way you prepare it. I also like the way Panda Express prepares eggplants, they stir fry with fried tofu. Anyway, talking about food makes me hungry even though I just ate dinner. Nice picture.

  2. Thank you for your recommendation. Even though we don't have Panda Express in Malaysia, but we appreciate your suggestion. Definately we'll try this Stir fried eggplant with fried toufu next time. Then we hope you could comment on it, ok?
