My mom usually briefly boils the eggplants before stirflying them. It's quite tender that way and sauce is more blended with the eggplant. I like crunchy vegetables so I probably will enjoy the way you prepare it. I also like the way Panda Express prepares eggplants, they stir fry with fried tofu. Anyway, talking about food makes me hungry even though I just ate dinner. Nice picture.

鱼香这香草真的是百搭，但是，不是个个人都可以接受它的味道。鱼香+茄子+肉碎的味道很好，不过茄子的段切法不适合这道菜，厚厚的吃起来口感差了些；茄子切片该会更好。隔了一夜再吃，茄子更加入味呢！
